Instructions for use:
1. Scan the product QR code to download and install the APP, APP name: Trick Light, applicable mobile phone operating system: IOS version 6.0 or above or Android version 4.3 or above, software language: English, Chinese, automatic language recognition according to the operating system.
2. Open the mobile phone Trick Light APP, connect the light strip and the dimmer (the positive and negative poles of the controller and the light strip must correspond, pay attention to check whether there is a short circuit at the position of the light strip, if there is a short circuit, please deal with it before powering on, otherwise it will damage the controller and the light strip), the power plug is powered on, the software will automatically scan the Bluetooth device and automatically connect the device. Use the APP or remote control to control the controller to work as needed.

Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs due to incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, resend shipment costs if they refuse to accept a parcel. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
Returns and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of custom-made products, we ONLY accept returns & exchanges on faulty products. Cozyle will make every effort to resolve issues and replace, refund or partially refund the product. The final resolution for defective products is decided on a case-by-case basis, and is at the sole discretion of Cozyle .
- All custom signs are FINAL. They are handcrafted and made for the precise purpose and will of the buyer. Our team fix and connect those sign by hand. Therefore, your custom sign could not be 100% matching with mock-up. We believe all craft item is unique.

We do not accept cancellations once your order is placed. Unwanted or incorrect orders cannot be canceled.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team at info@cozyle.com and include both a video and a photo for diagnosis and quality assurance purposes within 7 days.
If a return has been agreed, please note the faulty item must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging. If a replacement has been approved, Cozyle will produce & ship it in the quickest possible time-frame. If a partial or full refund is agreed, this will be processed within 14 days of you receiving the product.
