Send your boat name, hailing port, size, finish, light color, and voltage preference. We provide a design proof before production so you can approve the layout and scale. Final pricing depends on letter count, dimensions, finish, lighting, and power options.

***Important Notice: For all shipments to Europe it is the customers responsibility to complete the customs/duty procedure that may be requested by the local customs department. Please be aware it may be necessary for you to pay additional duty and taxes in this case.
All products are made to order by hand in our international production facility with the utmost care and attention to detail. Production takes 7-14 days.

Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs due to incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, resend shipment costs if they refuse to accept a parcel. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
Returns and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of custom-made products, we ONLY accept returns & exchanges on faulty products. Cozyle will make every effort to resolve issues and replace, refund or partially refund the product. The final resolution for defective products is decided on a case-by-case basis, and is at the sole discretion of Cozyle .
- All custom signs are FINAL. They are handcrafted and made for the precise purpose and will of the buyer. Our team fix and connect those sign by hand. Therefore, your custom sign could not be 100% matching with mock-up. We believe all craft item is unique.

We do not accept cancellations once your order is placed. Unwanted or incorrect orders cannot be canceled.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team at info@cozyle.com and include both a video and a photo for diagnosis and quality assurance purposes within 7 days.
If a return has been agreed, please note the faulty item must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging. If a replacement has been approved, Cozyle will produce & ship it in the quickest possible time-frame. If a partial or full refund is agreed, this will be processed within 14 days of you receiving the product.
